E-tickets and all necessary information will be issued the week of your booked event(s) via email - please ensure the email address provided at the time of making the booking is correct and is the one you'd like the tickets sent to.

Children over the age of 13 will require a full ticket at standard price. For children below the age of 13 please select the under 13 option when booking.

Children under the age of 3 are free please just inform us so we can allocate a seat.

PBM's VIP hospitality will close at 16:00 on your chosen day(s). This is subject to change without prior notification.

Any dietary requirements will need to be submitted at least 10 days before your selected event(s). Please send to VIP@pbm.uk.com.

Tickets are unable to be moved or deferred to another event.
